Blow it up. Use that spreadsheet as leverage and loop in HR and leadership. If they’re going to call you “difficult,” at least make it worth it.
Ask for more. But use the spreadsheet to open the convo and then actual job responsibilities/performance to support your ask. They will likely also be embarrassed of this goof - don’t make a huge deal of that just focus on what you want and why your work warrants it.
