Can someone explain this sense of entitlement by the younger generation? When I hear the younger gen complaining that they aren't getting paid enough when they start at 70k which is more than some experienced hires.....I just don't understand.

Is “prestige” more important than compensation? I am currently evaluating a couple of opportunities. One has a potential to be more lucrative but the firm is not a “prestigious”. Thoughts?

Hi friends, Got two offers. One with: Humana(Remote)[Insurance based company]and another with Mastercard(Hybrid) (Ofallon, MO)-need to relocate after 6 months. Both are for Senior software Engineer.
