I have been working hybrid remote/in office for last few months, fully remote throughout all of Covid. My manager has been asking recently what I want to do with the company in the future when my current project ends and hinting toward me coming back in full time in a new role. What this new role would be remains unknown. I would like to be fully remote plus how can I even make a decision when there isn’t an actual role being offered? He seems to wants me to create a job on my own. What to do??
