Can you please throw a spotlight on appraisal process in BGSW. What is the rating scale and what range of hike possibly for each rating. And when hiked salary comes effective?

I got an offer from bosch almost 10 days back. but that offer didn't had any joining bonus which I asked for. Its been 2 week and they are saying its pending approval for bonus.

Left bosch in july. Received fnf but did not receive pro rated variable pay up until july. Is this the norm? My HR BP told me that i shall also receive variable pay of up until July.
