Staying at current company tech Mahindra with 23lpa (100% hike) or going to societe generale with 20.86 lpa(81% hike),which one is better?
Will societe generale brand name give me anything extra in long run?

Does branding matter a lot? Got an offer with 40% pay pump from a top 30 CPA firm. Don't know if I should accept, but it's not like Grant Thornton is a comparable to MBB or Big4 lol.

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. I joined bosch recently in coimbatore location. But most of my teammates and manager are from bangalore.
Now manager is asking me to relocate to Blore for few months to get trained from teammates.
Also he is saying he can't consider this as a business trip and hence cannot provide accommodation
