I got an offer from Bosch for 23 LPA including variable pay at Bangalore location.

Is it a good package or should I look for other opportunities as well?

I still have a month's notice period left but I stopped looking for other companies as I got better bonding with BOSCH colleagues(they were clients).

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

I have been trying to connect to the HR from last 60 days and today I got to know that the HR has resigned from organisation. 🤦🏻

Now manager is asking me to relocate to Blore for few months to get trained from teammates.
Also he is saying he can't consider this as a business trip and hence cannot provide accommodation
Is this normal in bosch?
