Worst HR and negotiation experience at Bosch. Some background i interviewed in first week and manager and HR showed inclination to hire and asked me to fill in the first step data. Post that HR started saying that expected CTC is high and for that they may need appraisal letters etc which I shared 2 weeks back since then HR has literally ghosted on all communication platforms be it email or phone. Bosch HR don't even acknowledge email or receive phone call to conclude even if it's no hire.
