This is the offer they have offered for AD , 9 years . they have not mentioned any variable pay . Wat was the variable pay at AD LEVEL.
Is the basic always 50% of CTC ? Or we can adjust it for better take home.
Current CTC : 36 fixed , 27% variable

Got a call from my manager 5% hike 3 % bonus .. my ratings were very good and my utilisation is more than 100% also i completed more than a year here .

35 Hours to go for Hike letter release

Don't believe some rage posts claiming to be from Veterans they know nothing. They claimed it will be released on May 28, June 1, June 15, June 24, June 27 & all waited and got disappointed on top of disappointing hike numbers.

Hike letters will be sent before salary on your bank account they are not stupid like DI Veterans.
