Hi DI folks, how were the hikes last year??
Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

At every level there is a bracket based on salary they give that role .So for Manager highest is 4oL fixed and entry to AD is 40L and max is 60 L fixed .I have seen folks in AD with 40 as well as 60L fixed
DO they decide roles based on the role they have available or based on experience of person? because for me they have not discussed the role only tech round I had and now hr asked for documents for salary negotiations but waiting for salary negotiation call, how much time it will take to call me back?
Hi, I was from DI, please note your fixed is 40lpa, not 42lpa... as you are already 36, so only 10 % hike.. not worth to switched...
And your question, the performance bonus upto 20% for AD.
AND YOU can't adjust the basic... 50% is mandatory.

Can you share how you managed to crack this offer and what domain you are from? The variable pay was included in ctc earlier but now they have removed it and it will not be 10% of basic pay anymore. It can be anywhere from 0% to 10%

Thats a scam, The hikes are also not good anymore here. Your next promotion in the organisation will be atleast 4-5 years. so keep these future pay in mind when you join Deloitte.

Hey.. variable would be very less. They say UPTO 10%. But, as per this years feedback they are giving 5-6% to top rating guys. Others are getting 3-4%.

I dont think any hierarchy changes happened in last 1.5-2 years. In T&T consulting, it is Con -- Scon -- Manager -- AD -- Director -- ED/Partner
For AD role the pay seems lower. At Scon it’s 33 for me

Yes, basic always 50 percent of your fixed component. This year only outstanding performer will receive bonus in 7 to 17 percent range.

I think you should take this...I was in a similar boat and switched at 15%...better than Accenture.. atleast I am getting hike this year... Accenture is in a mess...they would not give hikes next year.
