The HR confirmed that my CTC is ₹27 LPA with no variable pay component. Additionally, they mentioned that there is a performance-based bonus of around 10–11%, which is not part of the CTC and will be paid based on individual and company performance.

Could someone please confirm if this is accurate? Also, based on this structure, how much monthly take-home salary can I expect?

I have been assigned to project in tcs. I will be introduced to client only when I complete certain certification. I have been asked to complete it within a week. I am trying my best and giving 4-5 hrs daily to prepare.
