Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.

Yes, it was high. I know the insurance amount is less than ₹10K, and you might get ₹50 well being kit. The rest of the amount seems to be enjoyed by Deloitte management partners and Happyness team.

Yeah it's sub par just 3lakh for employee plus spouse and 2 kids.
It includes, Health Insurance, 2 health check-ups in 1 FY, 20K worth benefits like consultations, Labs and 5k worth vaccines.
After all that still it doesn't justify.
Aspecially irrespective of designation and high wellbeing amount most of them get same base insurance amount.
The health checkup is part of the OPD, right I.e. Via the Visit app.
If yes, is it annually once or twice?
