We have 2 kind of Variable component in HCL
1) Performance Bonus Yearly
2) Employee Performance Bonus Monthly

How much percentage usually Employee gets from this 2 kind of variable

My joining is on 9th but haven't got any intimation regarding onboarding.

I think hcl recruitment is gimmick. A month almost happened, with all rounds cleared, & a week happened after salary discussion, still no final offer in hand. They are silent.

What is client round in hcl please help me to know.
