I received a major discrepancy mail post-BGV due to a mismatch in my start date for one of my previous employers.
My UAN start date does not match, but the exit date aligns with my experience letter.
My UAN was not enrolled for nearly two years due to a low employee count and salary. It was activated only for the last three months.
I have my offer letter (email),
experience letter (hard copy), and
salary was in cash for a year before switching to a bank.
Can I pass my BGV? Your thoughts?
