I received an offer from HCL and my BGV is expected to start. My first company was a Startup where I spent 1 year, they did not provide me any PF or so. I have the offer letter, relieving letter and all contacts including the CEO who would testify my employment there.
Will this be an issue during my BGV? I’ve already resigned from my current organization and I’m tensed now.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?

A friend who’s degree is in polisci is trying to move into the hr space, either in L&D or culture/employee engagement. Initially was hoping to use transferable skills to get a job in that field - but all the descriptions ask about HR experience and not as much seems to be biting.

Senior associate with 3 YOE at 130k TC (115 base). Final interview for a PM role at a small company coming up, is 140k base too much to ask for? The opportunity cost of leaving my connections, fast progression, brand recognition, etc makes it hard to justify leaving for less.

In the past these have been sent directly to manager but is there another way to collect them to present to manager/hr? Is it weird to ask them to send directly to me for me to present?
