I have done the technical rounds for hcl tech, post that received email to submit documents and irf form, post that he called and agreed to CTC. After that no updates or emails from hr , I tried to call them and dropped an email multiple times but no response. All fo sudden I am receiving emails like your resume is shortlisted four times ( twice in last two days ) so what does that mean, not sure what is this as hr are also not responding

Both are providing almost same CTC.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.
