HCL - I had cleared 2 technical interview rounds around 10 days ago. After that, I also completed my HR round over call

Now they have scheduled a Project Discussion round.

Can anyone please help me understand Is this also considered an interview round or just they will brief about project

If anyone has recently gone through this, please share your experience

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?
