I got selected in HCL walk-in on 28 Oct, I got selection mail on 4 Nov and I submitted all the required documents. After that HR not responding my call neither mails. Is there any chance of getting offer letter ? And how much time take HCL for releasing offer letter any idea?

I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.
