This is Lakshmipriya. I was attending 1st round of interview of HCL tech through walk in as on 29th of Oct at Hyderabad. It was shortlisted and 2nd round of interview was completed 6th of November. It was almost 1 month is over but not yet to received any update regarding the interview from HR team.
If any body have idea about interview process please let me know. If any one attending such walk in please comment to this post

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Is there any benefit (or detriment) to applying to a job via LinkedIn/Glassdoor over the company’s website?

Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.
Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
Now interviewing a LOT. Some temp work, I still have “it”. I relate to all gens. Willing to mentor AND learn from all. Tech savvy, CTE from day one. Leads?

What are your excuses to leave your current job early for an interview at another agency?

If you’re in the final stages of interviewing with multiple companies at the same time and they inquire about other offers and interviews, should you tell them? Obviously not who the other company is but at least that you’re interviewing / expecting another offer?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I tried reaching out to recruiter and as usual they are not lifting or responding to my messages.Has any one faced this situation with Accenture? Thanks in Advance!!

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

I work in BI and I'm looking to pivot into DE so the position at Slalom seems much more enticing. Based on research it seems like Slalom's pay isn't exactly competitive. Is the experience that I gain at Slalom worth it in the long run to gain more $$$?

Currently creating spend analysis and doing vendor onboarding work for my company. It’s becoming a little mundane after 3-4 years. This was my first job out of college and I don’t really know how I got into this path. Graduated in business management and marketing. Thoughts on a company that won’t negotiate on salary and pays all the Account Executives the same salary. Appears years of experience mean little?
