Today I realised at least I'm in better organisation. Incident which has happened with me during HCL recruitment process is disgusting. I cleared all rounds, final round they discussed expectations, gave salary breakup, post that after 3 weeks, my back to back follow up, one HR replied saying your candidature is dropped as fitment approval was rejected. Disgusting. They don't even inform. My 1.5 months wasted.

I am a UX designer who has completed a Google certification program along with a resume and professional portfolio. However, I’ve struggled to find a job (remote). Any advice or resources I could use? Or are there any employers currently hiring and are interested? I’d be happy to hear from you.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
