After getting bgv form my status on ibm portal become no longer consideration but did not get automated mail for same
What does it means?

What are the CTC range in ibm consulting India for band 9. Also in the offer letter they started mentioning a 30 days redeployment timeframe. Is it a generic trend or case to case basis.
