I had a salary discussion today with IBM
YOE- 4 year 11 months
CCTC- 18( 17 fixed + 1VP)
Offered - 21.8 ( 19.8 fixed + 10% VP) + 1.5L JB

I feel I’m being low balled. Is this the market pay IBM is offering for above experience? Can I renegotiate ? Will IBM consider this? Or just accept the offer and try for others?

Had salary discussion with other service companies like TCS and Capgemini - both backed out due to high cost.

Your recommendation would be helpful.
