I’m switching from IBM to another consulting company and their BGV form asks for an IBM HR email/contact for employment verification.

Since IBM follows a centralized HR/shared services model and direct HR contacts are not available, what contact/email could be used successfully for BGV purposes?

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
