Hi All I got an email from offer.coe IBM asking to share latest salary slips & compensation letter. It has been sent since 2 weeks but no one has reached out to me for Offer discussion.
On the portal the status is Interview in process
I have completed both rounds of interviews. Apart from this I have received Background check form and biometric Authorisation consent form.
How many days it takes for HR to release the offer? There has been no verbal discussion also yet.

How do you phase out screen time when you have to be connected all the time? I like the idea of digital minimalism after work hours, but I don't truly have any after work hours.

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
