Hey, worked as KYC Intern in broking, got promoted to KYC Executive in PMS — 2 years total. Left in April 2026 due to commute + limited growth.

Now job hunting and confused — is there real growth in KYC/back ops long term? Or should I use this experience to pivot into fintech, RegTech, or client servicing?
