I recently got my appraisal and promotion in a 1,200+ employee service-based company working mainly with US clients.

I have 6 years of experience in Python development, AWS certifications, AWS hands-on experience, and database development. I've also been with the same company for the last 4 years.

My CTC increased from ₹12.63 LPA to ₹14.88 LPA (17% hike), along with a promotion from Software Engineer L2 to Senior Software Engineer L1.

Is thus in line with current market value.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?
