A company does not want to give much hike. But responsibilities at workplace keep increasing.
When you appear for an interview or discuss with Recruiting HR, they mention that your package is low and assumes you are not performing well. Recruiting company doesnt want to understand that IT companies give hike equivalent to peanuts. When they are asked to give expected salary relavant to experience during negotiations, recruiting HR/RMG doesnt want to good hike and give excuses about budget.

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much.
