I had two job offer one is ltimindtree has 12 lpa fixed salary and another one is infosys has 12.2 lpa including 10℅ variable pay.

I joined Ltimindtree in December but I am not getting any projects in Ltimindtree and and the bench policy is 6 month so after may, 2025 they may ask me to resign if I not in project.
