Hi - I got an offer from LTI, I have 15 yrs experience and I am given assistant consultant role. Based on the position in tcs, I should be consultant at least for this experience.
Could anyone please suggest what is the average experience for a consultant in LTI or what is the hierarchy of positions in LTI and typical experience of them?
