Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

This doesn’t mean a manager shouldn’t assert themselves when required. Dominance, when necessary, is essential for leadership. However, it’s the way one communicates that makes all the difference
Instead of saying, "You have to complete by today EOD," try:
"Here’s what needs to be done BY today, and I trust your expertise to execute it effectively. Let me know if you need any support."
This approach still establishes authority with collaboration
Let’s work on creating the kind of environment we wish we had—one that inspires the future to follow in our footsteps and improve upon it further.
Seen everything company has to offer talked to people from top to bottom i can say that by my experience that if you are introvert talk when needed don't lie don't make relationships for your benifit then you are screwed they literally scan behaviour during training but unable to figure out personality of a person they push wrong people and give tough time to right ones.
