And they negotiate and you gonna fall in 20LPA.
If variable is included, ask for 19 or 20 fixed + 10 percent variable.
Why P4? : to get promoted in LTIMINDTREE, its not the work what you do it matters,
It is you have to gain those many experience and also you wont be eligible for promotion for 2 years as you are lateral hire unless you plan on resigning and you become a important candidate.

Again it depends on tech stack. For tech roles this can go upto +5-10L
