What is the policy here i am getting confused. Managers not approving work from home for 1 week also. When I joined i came to know that if we are not visiting office 1 week 0.5 days will deduct. As my hometown is in another state from my office location. I can't visit hometown for 3 days or like that minimum i have to stay here for 2 weeks they are not approving that . They are not transferring to my nearest home location not giving wfh permission and also I don't have leaves. Very insensitive
