Layoff in LTIMINDTREE has started. People are asked to resign on completing 5 months in bench.
Especially P1 level associate. They don't have much projects for P1 and asking them to force resign. My friends are facing it, and after 2 weeks I will be completing my 150 days of bench ageing.
Can anyone help me land a project? I am preferring Kolkata location, any other location is also fine.

5 months on bench is too much, compare that with HCL/Wipro which have 2-3 months bench and then Tata-bye bye .

Atleast they are clear about the employee mindtree trust wrong employee because of racism and favouritism in some projects i have seen that.

Since the working hours are from 12-9pm in TIAA does it get stretched more than that?

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel
