Anyone here deal with Phantom Share Agreements? Would that be in the wheelhouse for an ECVC lawyer? My BIL is being offered a job with a company and received a proposed phantom shares agreement. One condition states that he must remain in good standing with the company even after the 3 year vesting period to receive distributions. Is that atypical?

No one ever just sat down and explained the most efficient way to track/measure your hours to confirm that you are on track.
