I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

TCS giving 27 lpa to 7 year experience is bit extraordinary and is a dream come true for many. Retirement plan kar le bhai. Also if you have few more days in notice then go ahead and appear more interviews.. kya pata 40 bhi mil jaye
I could never imagine any of the top Indian tech giants could offer 25lpa for 6-7yeard experience. That's unheard of completely for a software developers maybe applicable for SA or may be product managers.

Your current CTC itself is almost 26. Ask for 30, they may agree for 27-28. Take that offer and go shopping for other companies.
Just drop it, u r already at 25 lpa, try ur best you deserve more atleast ctc point of view. Minimum 30% of CTC.
Dont take the offer ,better take atleat 30 or more and then serve a notice period to bring more stability ....thats how 2 years experience peoples are taking 100% hike and we are crying why don't we get ut and so...
