First-year associate here. For all those who have lateraled in this market, do you recommend I make the jump to a bigger law firm? I love my partner and enjoy the work, but the compensation is extremely low for comparable mid-size firms. I bill over the minimum billable requirements every month, and I’ve been told I’m a good associate and have good work product.
