What would you tell someone from another agency (one like R/GA 🙃) who's interviewing at AKQA?

Interviewing with R/GA New York tomorrow..feeling pretty prepared. Any advice?

R/GA SF is hiring. Thinking of applying. Thoughts?

Has anyone interviewed at R/GA? Any insight on their process?

R/GA SF might as well just say “We’ll bring you in for an interview but we’re really looking for a woman for our all female team so you’re welcome to waste both our time with this entire process”.

What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?
I am currently making a bit more than 40k/year, and I have gotten extremely mixed information about whether it's a good salary or not

More info:
-I am under 20 years old and self taught, but I work on-par with the rest of the team (all of them except me have degrees ranging from master's to PhD), I don't know how much the other team components make
-I work with embedded software development with mostly C and C++

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Any insight on negotiating Westlaw or transitioning to lexis?

Hi. I’m in need of advice and encouragement. I’m currently working as a public defender(2nd year) but I would love to pursue a solo private practice. I would like to leave the public defender because I am ready to make more money and I am no longer feeling the fulfillment I once felt. I have a family and work-life balance is a priority. What is a good way to gain experience in other areas of law as a solo practitioner? What areas of law are best for maintaining a work-life balance?
