Before being interviewed, was asked for the base package and expected, (12 fixed, yoe 3.10), i just asked for a 30-40% hike on that.

Gave the technical interview, had a call for the HR round, where they said we cant even match your base, whats the point of having the interview even then?

I got selected in Deloitte, after giving 3 rounds of interview.
Holding an offer of 8lpa.
In the salary discussion round with the HR I specified 12lpa(fixed) expected. They said, it is subject to business approval, and this amount is usually not met. But I stayed adamant and asked them to mention 12 itself. Have I made a mistake? will they ghost me?

Dealing with account people is a mixed bag.

I've been at my job for two months and know in my gut I want to do what strategy at a creative agency, but don't want to appear as a flakey millennial. How far in should i pursue this? Months? Year?

A recruiter got me my current job 6 months ago but so far I’ve been really slow and bored. They just posted a new job that sounds interesting…if I reached out to them about it they would probably not want to help me out, right? Because they would be taking away talent from the agency they just helped?

I think they may handle both creative & media jobs but I’m curious. Has anyone ever gotten a job or even a response from Mondo? I get multiple emails from different “people” about the same job listing and any time I’ve replied to prospecting email I’ve never received a response.

So two great interviews and left it with the MD wanting me to meet the ECD next. Been over a week and no set up for next round. Sent a follow up yesterday no response. Guess I just hold? Labor Day throwing a wrench? Don’t want to be a pest but want this gig bad. Might have a freelance thing come on. Maybe if I get that I can add some pressure but the wait is weighing.
