How can I merge FB and GA data? Some clients of mine believe that Facebook doesn't bring us results 'cause GA says so. The difference between the two of them is A LOT. Got a verbal offer from a big agency a week ago and HR said written offer will come by EOD but no email. They did background check last week. Followed up last week no response, what should I do?

What factors go into the initial offer Google makes? Is it interview performance, YOE, etc? And how are they weighted?

Got an offer within Product Ops (Mt View) for L4, 145k base, 15% bonus, 185k equity (33/33/22/12), 15 sign on. One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point.
