Anyone else noticed jobs qualifications don't want to train you .. instead they have a long list of qualifications they want you to have when you apply. Jobs are supposed to train, this is one of the reasons for the 90 day probation period.
I have an Associates and an Bachelor's degree. I am told I don't have enough experience, they want someone to come in running or I'm over qualified.

When I say come in running .. I mean they don't want to hire someone and have to train them 😞
