Anyone have any advice on how to stop putting too much pressure on myself and getting worked up with anxiety a few times a week? Best coping skills? Exercise is part of my daily routine and I eat healthy during the week. I occasionally see a therapist but would really like to just get over this.

I also put too much pressure on myself to meet and exceed sales targets. I think the best ways of coping would be daily walks to take your mind away during your breaks, baths and spa days can also help with relaxing and any other self-care activities. I also have herbal teas during the day to help with anxiety and keeping calm. Calm mist sprays too. I hope these ideas help :)

Anxiety is a B! Even with therapy and all the coping skills I've developed, it'll still creep in from time to time. What helps me most is learning to let the thoughts in my mind go, which is some sort of meditation, I'd imagine.

I still struggle with it myself. Sometimes I’ll have the feeling of dread, and I have to seriously think about what is going on to cause it. Going through the worst and best-case scenarios with those things helps me put it in perspective more.

Life is lifing right now. Living in the past causes depression and living in the future causes anxiety. Reminding yourself to live in the present will help. “Just getting over it” doesn’t work. You have to honor your feelings and go through the emotions. Also the world is not normal right now. It’s okay to feel that.

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp.
