Ex-boss, now external, offered me a role. Offer is not “official” but it’s a serious offer. Was asked to consider joining so I can go through the HR/recruiting process of a formal offer. While I would leave to work for them, I’d prefer to stay if I was offered the same money at current firm. Just got an offer from a growing private company for an FP&A analyst role. 2 YOE at Big 4 plus CPA. They offered 75K plus decent benefits. No 401K currently (told its in the works for 2021) or bonus. Its their final offer. It’s a MCOL. I like the people I’ve met but the only thing holding me back is I feel like I should be making at least 80K plus a bonus. Do y’all think the offer is reasonable? The recruiter said not many companies hire someone directly from an audit background for this role.

Hi, I had applied 5 sick leaves on ultimatix in September(3rd week) and my supervisor(currently rmg) had approved them then it went to HR approver. The HR was taking too much time to approve so I asked her on 7th October that it is pending with you, kindly approve. She told she is not able to see the leaves in her queue and told to cancel and raise it again. I did that and now for that 5 days timesheet leave has been generated and I am not able to cancel them.
