CBA's delaying variable pay by a month is a clear sign of their disrespect towards Indian employees. According to sources, they're doing this because they think employees will resign after getting their variable pay. In a pathetic attempt to control employee exits, CBA's trying to sabotage their plans. Newsflash: it's not working. Indian employees deserve better. Start looking for new opportunities ASAP and leave CBA to deal with the mess they've created.
