PwC๐ฆ - Heard something about a cohort system which limits the compensation range at a particular level. Trying to understand the $ range (base comp., Target bonus%) for Senior Associate & Manager levels (consulting - non-technical). I assume it can vary based on location and COL - so let's say for the SF Bay area vs Texas. TIA!!PwC
Hello Last year joined Deloitte . I have 17 years exp in Oracle EBS+ ERP Cloud. Last year Deloitte moved to Workday Financials. Accenture reached me for Senior Manager position for Workday. I am at Dallas and making 180 k plus 22% bonus. If i get a SM offer what should be good range. They mentioned min they are offering 200k. What should be good range for base, RSU , joining bonus etc. very early stage of discussion. I worked as Associate Manager back in 2016 Accenture

So I recently got an offer from Deloitte for an Audit associate for $69K with no sign on bonus. Is this the standard rate? I feel like this is irregular since tax consultants get paid $72k starting. I feel like they are trying to undersell me since I'm transferring from a different service line ( tax). Regardless of that I have 2 internships worth of audit experience previously and will get my CPA on time . I know that big4 doesn't negotiate but should I ask for more? And if so, how?
