Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

Maybe a dumb question but if someone vests in a pension are they still able to rollover a lump sum into an IRA? Or is it too late? Have a client who keeps blowing me off to get documentation...CONT

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Has anyone else worked two programming roles at one time?
I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. I definitely could use the extra paycheck to help out with my financial obligations. Just wanted to see if anyone has done this before.

I am trying to negotiate an internal base increase. Context is that I am at a FinTech following a key strategic and successful M&A in which I was the sole program manager. For reference I have 3 years of experience and have been offered a 10% base increase as a part of my promotion (current salary is 120k). I feel this is quite low given the market but would really appreciate any input
