I have! If I were to make it super simple for you, go hard with workouts and longer hours of fasting in the first half of your cycle, and the opposite in the second half. Go the hardest in terms of working out in the transition from your front half to last half. For foods, moderate to high carb in the first half, low carb in the second (try to fight the period cravings for carbs and give yourself other treats instead of carby ones)
Cycle syncing is BS. It is NOT scientifically proven.
You shouldn't change your training protocols every 2 weeks, but understand that it is normal that in the first 2 weeks of your cycle, you will feel stronger -- and the following 2, it is OK to take it lighter (like don't try for a PR). Your body actually needs more calories (around 10% more) on the second half of your cycle, so it's not scientifically correct to suggest that you need less carbs like was said below. Carbs are energy, and your body needs energy.
Understand that your hormones change during the month (which is what will cause you to feel stronger/ weaker) and that your body is working hard in the second half -- but you don't need to change anything in your routine because of that.
The book In the Flo has a lot of great information on the topic
