Just wanted to know how difficult it is to get leaves approved and officially before how many days do i need to inform my manager?

Is there any SOP for applying leaves at Infy?

I’m becoming more and more uninterested with my current situation.

Trying to decide to put myself first or help out my family.
I’m currently working remote elsewhere and told the fam I’d come home to pet sit for a week. If then stay a month or two for the holidays. I met someone out here and want to stay longer to give it a shot but also don’t want to bail on family commitments.
I also moved home for a year in Covid to help them out and paid rent. I love them but I’m 26 and need to start putting myself first. Am I being a dick?

I lead a global team of ~70 and growing. Most of the team is deployed to major company initiatives and pressure is high. We do big annual employee surveys, but I'm looking for good ways to get more regular feedback at scale.

I'm currently working for a fintech firm as SQL Developer which has got me into a toxic working culture(zero support from colleges) with no learnings so far.

Although, I'm from a Commerce domain..I wanted to move into Data Analytics so I learned SQL and Tableau on my own to get myself better Data Analytic job opportunities to build my career in.

However, without any live projects and hands on experience on the tool, I could only learn a few things about these two mentioned tools. So

Looking to exist Salesforce due to “Comp Throttling”. Even with promotions every year (2) exiting looks to increase OTE by 80-120% (3YOE)I have offers from Hubspot and a Saleforce partner for CS. Partner Is 18% higher OTE, with a much larger workload and worst WLB.

I'm working as a System Admin rn but I want to switch as I'm not feeling good while working in mainframes and Kyndryl is paying pennies.

I'm thinking of start prepping for Data Analyst as it is quite hot these days. ( I'm even thinking may be BA bt not sure)

Can anyone suggest any course any one taken which helped them to become Data Analyst because there is alot of free content out there but it is very confusing.

My 2yr old dog has recently started chewing things when we leave. We haven’t changed patterns, she is walked daily, isn’t an only dog & has new chew toys. Any idea on fixes or appropriate discipline?

Kind of a weird one but has anyone ever told you you're too nice at work? I feel like I'm professional and straightforward at work, and I definitely wouldn't consider myself a kiss ass but a coworker (another woman) told me I'm too nice today. I'm kind to everyone but not so much that I would call it a part of my personality. Is this a thing?
