What is the Senior Associate projects maximum salary in cognizant?

23 / Associate Media Planner / NYC / $33k + overtime (~$49k annual)

Any tips on negotiating salary in the $55-60k range since the pay model switches from base + overtime to just base next promotion?

I'm a solo bringing in Associate to become partner. Associate has been compensated with a base salary, plus 1/3 of earnings for business he brings in. Firm expenses are around 55-60% of gross revenue. He brings in around 30% of revenue. How best can I bring him in, and at what percentage to be fair? Was thinking 20%, with 5% incremental increases as his business grows hopefully to greater than 30% of total revenue. Thoughts?

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

But when I tried selecting ITR-1 for filing income tax, it shows a message in red mentioning I should select either ITR-2 or 3 since I have income from more than 1 house property.
