Has anyone read about Open AI potentially trying to create some sort of job application format to “fix” the current gaps in recruiting? This feels insane and like an opportunity for them to just push agents/their product.

I saw that too and had the same reaction—it feels less like solving a recruiting problem and more like creating another product channel for themselves. The hiring process definitely needs improvement, but I’m not sure AI-driven “fixes” are going to address the human side of it.
