good benefits, bad leadership at least when I was working there
I took a job there cause I didn't have too many other options but I didn't stick around a second longer than I needed to once I could get out. It's an okay place to work at
Haleon? Run. Run far away.
Workload was too intense, and the executives ranged in quality from mediocre to poor, the pay was great though
you check out glassdoor yet? company seems so so https://www.glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-at-Haleon-EI_IE7672306.11,17.htm
Thanks. I received an email to have a phone call regarding my application. Figured I’d check it out - curious to hear the compensation range and benefits. The beauty of having a job is you don’t have to stress over interviews and take jobs you don’t love (unless you’re in a toxic workplace). As for Glassdoor, I did check - not as much salary intel for Haleon as GSK overall. But I’m sure the information would most likely apply. Keep you posted.
Been working here for 4 years, pay has always been good and benefits are fantastic. Very competitive vs. other CPGs and pharma co's that I've interviewed with over the years. Culture is ok and the workload varies.
Been here long enough now though more senior jobs are increasingly more appealing elsewhere.
still working here?
