Going rate for senior tech consultants who specialize in Microsoft Cloud - specifically M365 services?

I'm close to accepting a role as Sr. PM / Engagement Manager for a large SI's Msft Practice in the upper $100K range. But just got a call from a recruiter at a Msft Gold Partner who, when I said I'd be looking for $200K+ literally answered "that wouldn't be a problem, we are desperate to fill this position". Should I accept 1st role and interview for 2nd? (start date is weeks out)

Hi all! I am interested in an ''engagement manager'' (Google Cloud) at Google Canada. Would you describe the role as a pre-sale one, or something else? Any opportunity to have an impact on Google or Clients' projects? Do you think this role offer good room for growth (I am usually looking at Director roles but would consider Manager because it's Google), and finally any idea the TC (I have about 10 YOE). Input needed. Received offer from McK as a manager on solutions side. Currently Sr. associate at boutique (generalist). Just received a promotion to engagement manager that I thought I had no shot at. New comp is now slightly higher than McK offer. Am I crazy to question the jump? What other things should I be considering? Exit opps, benefits, advancement, etc. Thinking I should leave to get McK on the resume, but hard to leave money on the table. For context Iv been in consulting for 6 years at Big4 and a boutique straight out of undergrad. Going into this process I told myself I need to exit consulting and broaden my work history, but felt the strong urge to apply to Prophet since they were at one time my “dream consultancy”

Got comprable offers from both…anyone have any advice or thoughts on how to chose or have a strong feeling on one?

How Senior is this AWS position? What is the career path? What range of compensation would this AWS position have? I tend to always low ball myself, want to ensure if I am genuinely interested I ask for reasonable compensation.

Interviewing at McKinsey from a big 4 consulting firm - currently an engagement manager interviewing for an engagement manager role on the partner track - comp at big 4 is currently $165k base, what’s a reasonable amount to ask for at mck?

I got an Ivy League exec mba in 2020 as well, which hasn’t yet been reflected in my big 4 comp (we mostly didn’t do raises because of covid last year). Trying to understand how much higher mck might be willing to go?

I have 2 offers in hand. One is from KPMG global services and other one is from product based process mining startup. Role in KPMG is for CIO advisory , IT strategy projects. Role in startup would be engagement manager overlooking consulting of the product. I'm more inclined towards KGS as it is more aligned with what i do. Wanted to know how is KGS. I have read about it.
